DOMESTIC POLICY

• Sale items are final sale. No exceptions.
• Items received back within 15 calendar days of original order date qualify for refund.
• Items received back within 30 calendar days of original order date qualify for store credit.
• We are unable to accept returns past 30 calendar days of original order date.
• Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must be in original, undamaged box.
• Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Socks must be returned unopened, in original packaging.
• Heist reserves the right to deny credit at its sole discretion, if any item returned does not meet its return criteria.

• All orders are shipped requiring direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to release signature please contact us upon placing your order at hello@shopheist.com.
• Should you request delivery without signature, you assume full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If package is refused or returned undeliverable, all round-trip shipping costs will be deducted from credit or refund.
• Orders received before 2pm PST Monday - Friday will be shipped out same day. Orders received after 2pm PST on weekdays or during the weekend and holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. In observance of the New Year Holiday, orders placed on December 31st will not be shipped until January 2nd, 2015.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

• At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.
• All import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
• Buyer assumes full liability for the package as soon as it is handed to the courier service.
• If package is refused or returned undeliverable, no refund or credit will be issued by Heist.
